High Case Hardening

  • Pins and bushes that make up the chain-bearing area are furnished with an optimally deep hardness layer.

Shot-peening 

  • All pins, plates, bushes and rollers are shot-peened.
  • Fatigue strength is further improved.
  • Surface is compressed and load-bearing characteristics are increased.  
Ball-Drifting 

  • Ball-drifting of the plate bores
  • All punching flutes and sharp edges are simultaneously removed.
  • Strain-hardening of the material 
  • Significant improvement of the press fits and the fatigue strength of the chain
 Pre-loading

  • Subjected to a high tensile load

Seam-Free Rollers

  • Seam-free rollers protect the bushing against shock impacts and the working face of the tooth against wear.
